Chelsea Reportedly Prepare USD 284 M for Rodwell
LONDON - Ahead of the winter transfer market, reportedly approached Chelsea Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell. The Blues reportedly have set up a fund of 20 million pounds.

As reported by the Telegraph, Everton might be determined to maintain one's assets. However, the equivalent of Rp 284 billion bid from Chelsea could have financial balance its clubs.

From the same source also mentioned that David Moyes may not be removed Rodwell this winter. However, the Scottish manager will first look at the situation and would think to take it off in the summer of next year.

Moyes himself has repeatedly asserted that he would not sell Rodwell. This is often done when the British media reported that 20-year-old midfielder was approached by Manchester United.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail said, Rodwell could be a potential replacement for Frank Lampard. England international midfielder was later more reserved by Andre Villas-Boas so stuck rumors that he will soon be sold.

However, Villas-Boas had been denied the rumors, saying that the power is still needed Lampard of Chelsea.
