Sharapova and Wawrinka for Quarter-Finals
Paris - Defending champion Maria Sharapova advanced to the quarter-finals of the French Open after beating American Sloane Stephens. In the men's, Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka also to the next round after ousting local favorite Richard Gasquet.

Sharapova incised figures on Stephens 6-3 6-4 victory in the fourth round matches on Philippe Chatrier court which finished on Tuesday (04/06/2013) pm dawn. The defending champions demonstrate accurate game when leaving Stephens figures for the numbers.

At first both players mutually jajal strength when points behind 3-3 in the first set, when Sharapova get a "break point" first, three times in his efforts.

Stephens still trying to shut down Sharapova's serve in the second set, but the world number one Russian was replying to two times and eventually won the match and will face Jelena Jankovic after after winning in straight sets 6-0, 6-2 victory over Jamie Hampton.

In the men, Gasquet after battling a tight end must confess excellence Wawrinka 6-7 (5) 4-6 6-4 7-5 8-6. Gasquet looked to have won the match and advanced to the final eight of the tournament for the second time, when winning in two sets.

But Wawrinka struggled to raise his rhythm, despite arguing with the referee and linesman request that replaced. He did the pressure in the third set and won it by launching hit "forehand" on the cover of the game.

He then won the fourth set when Gasquet hit a few times "drop shot" alarming. Wawrinka finally won the 92nd game in four hours 16 minutes and advance to the quarter-final against seven-time champion Rafael Nadal.
